All the material on our web site is copyrighted. "Fair use" such as partial quotation and paraphrase, with correct attribution and citation, in academic and journalistic research and publication is freely granted. "Deep linking" from other web sites is disabled. Attempts to "deep link" to our material from other web sites will be referred under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (and/or other applicable law) to your web site hosting provider and further legal action may also be taken.

Some material on our web site is copyrighted, as noted, by authors/photographers who are not affiliated with us. Therefore, we cannot give permission to use that material.

Commercial use: Commercial use of our material requires a monetary dontation. The amount of that donation depends on the form of use. We stock license our photography in return for such donations. Certain forms of use are not available. The photographs on our web site are from 35mm color professional slide stock and 36 megapixel (14-bit lossless compressed) RAW images. Digital images can be provided up to 6,400 dpi (optical), or greater with sufficient advanced notice. Please contact us if you are interested in commercial licensing of our material.

Non-commercial use: Anyone may apply to use the material from our web site for non-commercial purposes. Permission for non-commercial use is usually given free of charge, but a small donation is encouraged. Certain forms of use are not available.
